Fon.AR.Com. is the National Interprofessional Joint Fund for the continuous training of employees of companies and professional firms.
Due to our partnership, companies and professional firms belonging to Fon.AR.Com can benefit from
FREE and FINANCED TRAINING.
The Fund is financed through a mandatory contribution which all employers are already obliged to pay to INPS (ex art. 25, L. 845/78, equal to 0.30%).
NO ADDITIONAL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO join.
Once joining the Fund, the company will be able to benefit from free training (because it is financed by the Fund) both for its personnel, administrative and operational offices/departments of all kinds, as well as management. It is also possible to finance the training of new hires and the mandatory training relating to health and safety in the workplace. The organization of the courses may include the choice of its own reference professionals as teachers, or the choice from the Fon.AR.Com catalogue. In this regard, We with our decades of experience in training activities for staff resources, will be able to prepare ad hoc training courses to improve the individual skills of the staff.
